Actress Jennifer Aniston, who just turned 41 in February, has gotten fitter and sexier with age.
In her twenties, Aniston was about 30 pounds heavier than she is now, but slimmed down on the advice of her agent, and her career has taken off ever since.
So what's Jennifer's secret for maintaining her sizzling bikini body? It's simple: Eat well and exercise.
'STOP EATING SH-T'
"I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to," Aniston tells the April issue of Harper's Bazaar UK. "You're not taking away my coffee or my dairy or my glass of wine because I'd be devastated. My advice? Just stop eating sh-t every day." [Editor's note: One unhealthy habit Jen has been unable to kick is smoking.]

"You feel like you're having a therapy session," she says, adding that yoga has toned her muscles, lengthened her limbs and improved her posture.
"My legs got leaner," she says. "My arms got strong." After a sweaty two-hour yoga workout, Aniston finishes off by doing 20 minutes of cardio interval training on the elliptical trainer or treadmill (she usually runs 5.7 mph at 1.5 incline).
MY PERSONAL RENAISSANCE
Aniston says the last five years have been a sort of rebirth for her.
In 2005, Jennifer divorced actor Brad Pitt (who has since been with Angelina Jolie), and has dated sporadically over the years, most recently singer John Mayer.
"The last five years have been about spring cleaning for me," she says. "Now it's time for my rebirth. I love trying new things. I can't just be put in a box."
EMBRACING AGE
While actresses in Hollywood flock to their plastic surgeon's offices to get Botox injections, face lifts and other procedures to hang on to their fleeting youth, Aniston prefers a more relaxed approach.
“I feel more comfortable today than I ever did in my 20s or early 30s," a Botox-free Jennifer says. "I’m healthier. I’m more at peace in my mind and with my body. I'm startin' to live. It's good!"
