At 45, Jennifer Aniston admits that it's become more challenging to maintain her ideal weight range. But with the help of her low carb diet, she is determined to maintain her fit and fabulous figure and maintain her weight loss, reported ABC News on August 8.

"These days, if I was being super picky, I would love to drop five pounds," she admitted. "That is just where I have always been really comfortable at about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder at this age."

To stay in her "comfortable" weight range, Jennifer follows a low carb diet. She limits her favorite carbohydrates to the weekends, reported Us Weekly on August 8.

"I just had a bagel. I usually give myself bread on the weekends, but really, my body doesn't love carbs," added the actress. In addition to her diet, Jennifer believes that her healthy lifestyle helps her maintain her youthful, slim appearance.

"But it's also just water, drinking a lot of water, using really nice good products for your face. Don't overproduce, that's the other thing. Getting proper sleep is always important," she said.

Although she's determined to maintain her sleek physique, Jennifer once admitted that she sometimes daydreams about allowing herself to eat what she wants. She used to be known as the "chubby one" on "Friends," and told E News that she could envision moving overseas.

"Like, 'Let's just move to France or Italy and open up a little antique store.' That sounds great. Eat pasta, get fat," she joked.

But by resisting that temptation, Jennifer always looks great in her jeans. And she says her genes deserve part of the credit, reported UPI on August 8.

"My dad [John Aniston] is 100 percent Greek; he turned 81 and he barely has a wrinkle," she revealed.

As for her fitness routine, Jennifer is famous for her yen for yoga. Her celebrity yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, has also became Jennifer's friend.

"When I started doing yoga with Mandy, I noticed many things. My legs getting leaner. My arms getting stronger, and most importantly, I noticed an inner strength," said Jennifer in a testimonial.

"Mandy’s yoga is unique, because she allows the student to discover what 'yoga' is and means to them. I feel like I am getting a meditation, a workout, and time with my friend, all rolled into one hour," added Jennifer.
