Jennifer Aniston looks amazing at 45, thanks to yoga workouts and a balanced, low carb diet. While Aniston's anti-aging beauty secret is a healthy lifestyle, she doesn't rule out getting plastic surgery down the line.
"I'm never saying I would not do anything," Aniston told E! Aug. 27. "I think that it's the Botox and the filler sort of thing has got, in some faces, out of control."
Aniston said her fiance, actor Justin Theroux, is not a fan of extreme plastic surgery or Botox injections, and neither is she, saying she feels sorry for Hollywood celebrities who go overboard in a desperate bid to stay young-looking. "[Justin] is not a fan, but who does [want to look like that]?" asked Jennifer.
While Aniston is celebrated for her toned, age-defying physique, she said she still wants to lose five pounds to reach her ideal weight of 110 to 113 pounds. "I would love to drop five pounds," she told Yahoo. "That is just where I have always been really comfortable at — about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder at this age."
Jennifer, who previously followed the Zone diet, now follows a low carb diet, and said her anti-aging weight loss secrets include yoga and cardio exercise. Aniston usually allows herself to enjoy bread and bagels on weekends, but doesn't go overboard. "I usually give myself bread on the weekends, but really, my body doesn't love carbs," she said.
'Friends' Reunion and Drinking Breast Milk
Separately, Jennifer, Courteney Cox, and Lisa Kudrow got together for a brief "Friends" reunion on the Jimmy Kimmel show Aug. 27 in Hollywood. During the segment, Aniston admitted she tasted Kimmel's wife Molly McNearney's breast milk (see video).
"It’s like the one milk you don’t have to feel guilty about drinking," said Aniston. "It’s like no, that dairy is OK. But I had some of Molly’s."
Jimmy replied: "I didn’t know if you wanted me to mention that but you did have some. You breastfed my wife."
Aniston quipped: "I didn’t breastfeed her. She breastfed me! It's sweet, it’s almost coconut-milky. Come on, someone must've tasted breast milk in this audience?"
Anti-Aging Weight Loss Secrets Are Yoga, Low Carb Diet
Aniston works out five to six days a week, combining yoga, spinning, running, strength-training and the elliptical trainer. Jennifer has been a yoga devotee for more than 20 years, saying the meditative practice gives her lean muscles and quiets her mind.
Aniston does yoga three days a week with her longtime friend and yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber. Ingber told me in an exclusive interview that she and Jennifer combine cardio and toning exercises into their weekly workouts.
"We meet up about three times a week, and our sessions are 60 to 90 minutes," said Mandy. "We incorporate cardio and toners into the yoga sessions, much like I do in my Yogalosophy DVD."
Jennifer recently made headlines after saying she's happy being child free, and that motherhood doesn't define her as a woman.
"I don't have this sort of checklist of things that have to be done, and if they're not checked, then I've failed some part of my feminism or my value as a woman because I haven't birthed a child," said Aniston. "I've birthed a lot of things, and I feel like I've mothered many things. And I don't feel it's fair to put that pressure on people."
Jennifer previously said she's annoyed that every every time she gains a few pounds, tabloid headlines immediately scream she's pregnant. Just this week, tabloid reports claimed Aniston had recently suffered a miscarriage, but numerous sources slammed those rumors as completely false.
