Jennifer Aniston has reportedly flown her personal trainer in to Hawaii to help her get in even better shape as she shoots the movie Just Go With It.
Aniston, 41, has long been a fitness devotee who works out daily and strictly watches what she eats.
But sources on the set of her new film claim Jennifer is feeling under pressure to look even better since her co-star is Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl Brooklyn Decker, 22.
JEN IS ANXIOUS CO-STARRING OPPOSITE SWIMSUIT MODEL
"Jen has been getting really wound up with the wardrobe department because her costumes are so skimpy and she's worried about working with a younger model with a hot body," an anonymous source told London's Daily Mail. "She has upped her fitness regime and has had her gym equipment sent to her villa."

Aniston's personal trainer, Mandy Ingber, 42, has reportedly arrived on the Hawaii set to work out with Jennifer while she films.
When she's at home in L.A., Jennifer works out with Mandy 5 times a week, doing an 80-minute routine that combines yoga, martial arts and cardio. Aniston also power-walks twice a day with her dogs.
IN THE ZONE
Aniston is a longtime adherent of the Zone Diet, which aims for a dietary ratio of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 30% fat at every meal. Her meals typically consist of lots of lean protein, fruits and vegetables.
When she started acting in her early 20s, Aniston's agent advised her to lose weight if she wanted to land better acting roles. Jennifer reportedly lost some 30 lbs. after that, and her career has been on a roll ever since.
'I'M MORE AT PEACE WITH MYSELF'
Aniston got divorced from actor Brad Pitt in 2005 (he has since been involved with Angelina Jolie) and has dated sporadically over the years, most recently singer John Mayer.
Now in her early 40s, Jen has embraced getting older. “I feel more comfortable today than I ever did in my 20s or early 30s," Aniston has said.
She adds: "I’m healthier. I’m more at peace in my mind and with my body. I'm startin' to live. It's good!"
