Former porn star Jenna Jameson was arrested on the evening of Saturday, April 6, 2013, for allegedly attacking someone at a home in the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach. Per the LA Times, Jameson has been arrested by the police on suspicion of battery.
Her alleged victim made a citizen's arrest of Jameson at the home in 100 block of 36th Street around 7:50 p.m. on Saturday night, per Newport Beach police Lt. Evan Sailor.
Jameson was later released on her own recognizance and given a court date for her hearing. The hearing for Jameson will be on the misdemeanor battery charge, said Sailor. There were no reported injuries at the scene.
The 38-year-old Jameson was arrested already once within the last year. She was arrested for driving under the influence after she slammed her Range Rover around a light pole in Westminster.
The former porn queen, whose real name is Jenna Marie Massoli, was charged with three misdemeanor counts. Those counts included driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, having a blood-alcohol level over the state legal limit, and also driving on a suspended license.
