Actress Jenna Jameson was having a good time at her birthday celebration when things went downhill this weekend. On April 7, Huffington Post reported that she was arrested on suspicion of battery. This is not the Playboy TV host's first brush with the law either.
It is being reported that she assaulted someone, but at this time it is an unknown victim. The victim actually put her under citizen's arrest until the cops could show up to handle the situation. This doesn't happen very often, but this time it sounds like it worked out well for the victim.
Last year Jenna was arrested for DUI after having a crash. She could even still be under probation and now getting accused of battery could be bad for her. You have to watch yourself especially when you are in the public eye the way that Jenna is all the time.
