Jenna Dewan-Tatum is Self magazine’s November cover girl and is looking better than ever after having a baby girl, Everly, with husband Channing Tatum only four months ago. Posing in a tight workout outfit, the 32-year old actress shares in the issue how she lost 33 pounds of baby weight in just seven weeks.
“I just recently had a baby, but I stayed in shape [throughout my pregnancy], “explains Dewan-Tatum. “I was working out almost every single day or walking or hiking, anything that made me feel good. My favorite workouts are anything that involves dance. If it’s fun, I’ll do it more, so I’m really drawn to dance.”
Jenna Dewan-Tatum has been a vegan for many years in addition to a fitness enthusiast, so health has always played an important role in her life. The ‘Witches of East End’ star also shares how “super supportive” her husband, Channing Tatum has been about her losing the pregnancy pounds. “He can’t stop saying how amazing it is what the woman’s body goes through. Chan loves my new [curvier] figure. There’s no complaints on his side for sure.”
As a new mom Jenna Dewan-Tatum has become less concerned with her weight saying, “In the past, if my jeans weren’t fitting right, I’d workout. Now, if they’re not fitting right, I’m like, ‘Oh, well! I’ll get to the gym soon.” She certainly has taken a healthy approach to pregnancy, weight loss and motherhood.
