Teen Mom Jenelle Evans is back in the news again, which she seems to love, and this time she is accusing her husband of a few months, Courtland Rogers of assaulting her while she is pregnant and maybe causing a miscarrriage.
Jenelle made the charges today and filed them as four counts of an assault on a female with an unborn child.
While they are misdemeanors, Jenelle's attorney, Dustin Sullivan told E!;
"They are the highest level of misdemeanors you can get, He faces a maximum 150 days in jail per charge."
He said that the latest assault on Jenelle was on Monday of this week though he did not go into details of the assault, saying;
"She was physically assaulted over a period of time, She will be a victim in the case and will be represented by the State of North Carolina."
Today Evans had tweeted to Rogers that she wanted a divorce and that she may be having a miscarriage, which her attorney had no comment on.

Her Facebook page noted that she was at the emergency room and that her fans would be updated.
She was reportedly in the hospital because Rogers had caused a lot of stress for her and she thought he had cheated on her.
Tweets from the pair earlier in the week about her accusing him of cheating started the whole fiasco. Jenelle tweeted;
"Are YOU F**ING KIDDING ME!"
'And just to think I fooled myself into thinking I was happy, happiness doesn’t exist it seems like. Just when I’m around my one and only.'
Courtland responded to her tweets and tried to explain;
'I went out last night and got wasted and came home at 3 am and I left my pregnant wife asleep by herself but I didn’t cheat!! I just left. She deserves somebody better!! A guy with a job a house and the perseverance to b anything they wanna be I’m a piece of sh*t and I now know!'
The pair has had a history of problems in their relationship and in December of last year Jenelle was ready to file for divorce after only a short time.
The pair reconciled and earlier this month they announced her pregnancy and were elated.
The pair will go to court for the assault charges on February 18. Courtland also faces a felony and a misdemeanor charge from previous criminal cases as well.
Rumors also caused Courtland to tweet to Jenelle that he had heard she was seeking her ex, Gary for comfort;
"And I am glad to know that (sic) somebody has sent me. A screenshot of jenelle and (ex-boyfriend) gary talking today ! TODAY,"
Jenelle saw that and responded;
"@courtyb11 want me to blast what y did? Lmfao don't think so."
Hinting that the assault was very bad and that it did not matter who she was with, what he did was worse.
Jenelle wants Courtland to be responsible and grow up, something that Jenelle has reportedly been trying to do for a long time and has not worked.
Her mother has custody of her three year old son Jace, and there were reports of her doing drugs as recently as last month.
Jenelle had said she hopes this baby would help her get her stuff together and get custody of Jace back.
Courtland does not have custody of his daughter from a previous relationship either.
No word on Jenelle's condition and whether she did indeed have a miscarriage. We will update this article when we know more.
