Jenelle Evans appeared in court on Tuesday, where she was granted a divorce from Courtland Rogers.

Although the pair had been split up for over a year, the "Teen Mom 2" star was forced to wait a full year before her divorce was finalized and now that she's finally done with Courtland, Jenelle couldn't be happier -- and her mom, Barbara Evans feels the same.

"Yay," Barbara wrote in a text message to Jenelle, via a June 11 report by MTV News, after hearing of the news. Also included in Barbara's text were several faces and symbols, which were a bit unclear.

Evans and Rogers tied the knot in Dec. 2012 after just three months together. Following the courthouse ceremony, Evans and Rogers announced they were expecting but later parted ways after Evans' miscarriage the following month. In March 2013, they reunited and one month later, were arrested together on charges of heroin possession. Following the arrest, the pair split for good.

Weeks later, Evans was with a new man, Nathan Griffith, and planning on starting a family, which fans saw on "Teen Mom 2." Then, in Dec. 2013, Evans announced she was pregnant with her second child.

Following her court hearing, Jenelle took to Twitter were she tweeted of her happiness, telling fans, "Thanks everyone for the positive vibes! I'm very happy and feel so free now!"
