Jenelle Evans can now divorce Courtland Rogers since the two have been legally separated an entire year. The "Teen Mom 2" star must be relieved she can go forward with her life.
Hollywood Life reports Apr. 3 that an arrest for heroin possession last spring resulted in the judge ordering Jenelle to stay away from Courtland. In the state of North Carolina a couple must be legally separated for a year before filing for divorce. On the 23rd of this month, 22-year-old Jenelle Evans can petition to divorce 28-year-old Courtland Rogers.
After the divorce, will Jenelle marry Nathan Griffith, 25? The pair are living in a house together and will have a baby in June.
Jenelle has reportedly cleaned up her act and is moving on with her life in a healthy way while Courtland continues to get in trouble. He was shown on video shooting heroin up his arm in February after the act was done in Oct. 2013. He was also caught stealing jewelry from a friend's house and arrested on felony larceny charges.
Soon there will be headlines of a Jenelle Evans divorce and possibly another marriage in the future with her current beau.
