Yes, this edition of Dog of the Week is a little bit early, but this special boy is in need of some serious help. Please meet Harley! He is a 3-4 year old black Lab who was turned into The Humane Society of Fulton County because he was being abused and neglected. He has a severe case of NON-CONTAGIOUS Mange, and is Heart worm positive.
Both conditions are very treat-able and there is an organization that is willing to help with his recovery costs.
