Jen Arnold tweets and everyone listens. The "Little Couple" star took to her Twitter account Friday and updated fans about her cancer treatment. The TLC reality TV star remains upbeat about her prognosis, despite going through the rigors of chemotherapy, citing a Dec. 27 Us Weekly report via Yahoo.

Jen Arnold tweeted that things are going rather good, despite the ups and downs of the exhaustive in-patient treatment. But taking the glass half-full approach, she always appears to have her eye on the good side of things.

Day2 inpatient chemo- sleeping alot, liking new anti nausea med this time, & looking to get home today! #GetWellJen

Fans on the show's Facebook page shared their show of support:

You are and inspiration to me! I admire your strength and courage. And I love, love your show. You have a beautiful family and you can beat this. Sending prayers from Wv. Love the Sears family ~ Kimberly Shaw Sears.

You can do it Jen! Hugs and God's blessing from first year survivor. ~ Margaret Birkenmayer.

Jen your in my prayers. God gave you 2 beautiful babies for you to give them a new life. Prayers do work. ~ Jeannette Yeager.

Arnold broke the sobering news about her rare cancer diagnosis in early December. However, along with surgery and chemotherapy options, she's optimistic about beating the malignancy.

I am very fortunate as the prognosis is very good," she said in a statement weeks ago.

While there is never a good time to get news like this; getting it just as we are building our new family is tough in many ways . . . but being surrounded by the love of my husband and our two beautiful children is actually in many ways giving me the strength to fight it even stronger," she added.

Jennifer Arnold, 39, and her husband, Bill Klein, 38, are parents to an adopted son and one daughter. They both landed roles in "The Little Couple," which debuted in 2009. It is now in its fifth season, and not only is Jen Arnold tweeting about her courageous battle; cameras are documenting it every step of the way for her fans of the show.

She and her husband have dwarfism -- Jen stands 3-foot-2 inches and her husband is 4-feet-tall. However, where she lacks physical stature; Arnold makes up for it with warmth, compassion, a charming smile, and brave heart.

Case in point: Three days before Christmas, Jen Arnold tweeted that she "Cancelled chemo= feeling better for holiday= energy for baking Christmas cookies with kids & @ReallyBillKlein- Life doesn't get much better!"

She is a teacher and doctor. So, it makes perfect sense why she is documenting her treatment: to help and teach those struggling with cancer.
