Recently, the Jeffrey Fashion Cares 2014 event took place at the 69th Regiment Armory in Gramercy. Jeffrey Fashion Cares is a charity fundraiser that was conceived in 2002 by Jeffrey Kalinsky, which raises funds for organizations dedicated to LGBT civil right, HIV prevention, and education for LGBT youth. Notable personalities in attendance included Prabal Gurung, Dennis Basso, Joseph Altuzarra, Steven Kolb, Jay Manuel, and Anna Wintour. The event started with a silent auction that featured items from Jason Wu, Alexis Bittar, Marc Jacobs, Kiehl’s, Tom Ford, and Creed, among many other designers and brands. A live auction also took place which featured a VIP Package for Paris Men’s Fashion Week and a St. Lucia Escape. Following the auction, Rob Smith was honored with a Community Leadership Award for his philanthropy.

The evening closed with a runway show featuring a mix of men’s casual and dressy looks for the spring season. All of the looks were fresh, fun, and vibrant. What a great evening filled with fashion and philanthropy!
