Jeff Gordon, a world famous NASCAR driver, teamed up with Pepsi Max to play the ultimate prank on an unsuspecting car salesman. Jeff Gordon arrived to a dealership, where he took a 2009 Chevy Camaro for a test drive. The NASCAR driver put on a fake goatee and glasses, so no one would recognize him. Let us just say that this car salesman did not handle Jeff Gordon’s test drive very well.
Gordon walked into the dealership, keeping his cool, and telling the car salesman, "I don't know if I can handle it." Naturally, the car salesman responded, "I think a way to really make you feel comfortable would be to put you behind the wheel." The two men walked over to the Chevy Camaro for a NASCAR-style test-drive. Gordon’s glasses and Pepsi can was wired with a hidden camera that was able to capture the entire prank on video.
As they began to take off, Gordon hit the brakes a few times with the impression of him feeling somewhat nervous outside of his normal minivan vehicle. After Gordon got through the nervousness and encouraging salesman pitch, he took off. At that point, the salesman learned he was in for a ride of his life. Gordon took off, doing wheelies and sharp turns at the max speed.
At the end, the car salesman was probably relieved that he was still alive along with being completely mortified and furious. We call that a good prank. This promotional prank was uploaded yesterday and has received over 1 million views on YouTube.
