Jedward and Stacey Solomon, who were contestants on "The X Factor" U.K. in 2009, are returning to host their respective reality shows. The second season of CBBC's travel show "Jedward's Big Adventure" premieres January 7, 2013, at 4:30 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time. Solomon makes a guest appearance on the show. Meanwhile, Solomon and former BBC1 Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles have returned for a second season of Sky Living HD's dating show "The Love Machine," which premieres January 3, 2013, at 7 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time.
In 2009, Jedward (the stage name for identical twins John and Edward Grimes) came in sixth place on "The X Factor" U.K., while Solomon came in third place.
Season 2 of "Jedward's Big Adventure" will feature Jedward acting as tour guides in U.K. locations Imperial War Museum Duxford in Cambridgeshire, Orkney Islands in Scotland, and the Thames and Greenwich in London.
Tickets are now on sale for Jedward's pantomime stint in "Beauty and the Beast" at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin from December 18 to December 31, 2013.
Solomon has been engaged to painter Aaron Barham since December 2011, and she's been telling the media that she and Barham will get married sometime in 2013. Their son, Leighton, was born on May 5, 2012. Solomon has another son named Zachary (born in 2008), whose father is her ex-boyfriend Dean Cox.
Solomon told The Sun: "Dating can be so much fun, but I am over the moon I’m not dating myself. I love that I can be myself with my fiancé Aaron – I can come home and get into my tracksuit, sit on the sofa, and eat like a pig if I want to. I don’t have to worry about impressing him in the way that I would if we had just met and were in the earliest stages of our relationship. I can’t wait to be married to Aaron. – I’m looking forward to being Stacey Barham."
