Jaycee Dugard releases new photos to People Magazine (photo and videos)

Jaycee Dugard, now 29 had a photographer take current photos of herself and sent them to People magazine.  And People magazine printed those photos released today.  The editor of People magazine said that they’ve covered the story from the very beginning since 1991, and paid the Jaycee Dugard family for the photos.  Jaycee Dugard has still not been interviewed by anyone.  Erika Schulte, the spokeswoman was on the Today show this morning speaking about the photos.  Schulte said that releasing these photos was Jaycee's way of saying thank you to people.

Jaycee was kidnapped in 1991 and held hostage for 18 years by Phillip and Nancy Garrido who are now in jail.  Jaycee had 2 children with Phillip who are now 15 and 11 years old.

Jaycee Dugard's case has been compared to Elizabeth Smart's story from Utah.  Elizabeth Smart was held captive for 9 months until she was discovered on the streets of Salt Lake City.  Smart recently testified for the first time about her experience explaining that her kidnapper raped her 3-4 times daily, and kept her tied to a pole in the woods.

Her raper/kidnapper should be killed now! Why warehouse them for years at our/taxpayer's expense? They don't deserve to get free rent (cell), food, medical, dental. LORD GOD PLEASE give us better officials who can create
    decent, just laws!
