The 56th Annual Grammy Awards at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California aired on CBS television on Sunday, Jan. 26. The ceremony was hosted by LL Cool J.

Beyonce and her husband Jay Z opened the show with their performance of "Drunk in Love." Later Jay Z won the award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration. He was nominated for two separate songs: "Holy Grail" with Justin Timberlake and "Part II (On the Run)" with Beyonce.

Usually this award is given during the pre-telecast to the live show; however, it was presented to Jay Z during the regular telecast.

The award was presented to Jay Z by Jamie Foxx for "Holy Grail." During his remarks, Jay Z thanked God for putting his wife in his life. Then he concluded his short speech by saying, "I wanna tell Blue that, look, daddy got a gold sippy cup for you."

In case you don't know what a sippy cup is, it is a spill-proof drinking cup designed for toddlers that prevents spills even when the cup is tipped over.

Remember during last year's Grammys, Jay Z drank cognac from his award.

Blue Ivy just celebrated her second birthday on Jan. 7, and now she has a gold sippy cup to add to her belongings.
