Jay-Z and Beyonce may split over Rihanna, after the 'On the Run' tour

Jay-Z and Beyonce, who are currently touring with their “On the Run” tour, are reportedly going to be splitting after they have finished their tour. On stage, things may be fine, but behind the scenes, according to Page Six and a host of other celebrity media outlets, that’s where the civility ends. The image of a marriage and partnership that is forever happy is being called a front that has little – if anything – to do with reality.

A source close to the couple for some time has told The Post, in particular, that things are not going well. The source goes on to reveal that things have been anything but ‘going well’ for quite some time. It is said that love is not what is keeping them together at this time. It’s business – as that is always a part of the equation, according to the source.

When you’ve got Beyonce number one on Forbes list of the world’s most powerful celebrity of 2014 and Jay-Z listed close behind at number 6, it isn’t surprising that their “On the Run” tour is a factor in delaying a personal relationship split. Forbes has estimated that the “On the Run” tour will gross some $100 million for the power couple. They truly are the rage in music right now, and it is no time to quit the money-making empire.

The latest story about an impending separation of Jay-Z and Beyonce, once again, goes back to the infamous elevator ride at the Standard Hotel on May 5 that occurred after the Met Gala. In that elevator, as it is well known, Beyonce’s sister Solange Knowles attacked Jay-Z. While rumors have flared in trying to explain what was going on, the latest pinpoints singing sensation Rihanna, according to Hollywood Life. The source says that Solange was accusing Jay-Z of ‘screwing around’ with Rihanna.

Additionally, Jay-Z and Rihanna were supposed to meet up later that night. This Rihanna addition to the story goes beyond the previous stories about Solange not liking that her brother-in-law Jay-Z was getting “too friendly” with designer Rachel Roy. Again, in spite of the public image being portrayed, the source says the couple will end their relationship after this tour. Without a doubt, time will tell - as the tour is not going to last forever.
