"On December 3rd, one day before my 44th birthday I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based!! This all began a few months back when a good friend and vegan challenged me to embrace a 'plant-based breakfast' every day. It was surprisingly easier on me than I thought," he wrote.
This celebrity couple is setting an example for all couples in terms of supporting your significant other. When you decide to challenge yourself mentally, physically, spiritually, etc., it is important, necessary even, that your S/O is right along with you on that journey. Taking on a 22-day challenge (or however long), whether it's going vegan, working out, or reading your Bible every day, will bring you closer as a couple in the process. When you decide to do something that makes you a better person WITH your partner, you're in it together and you can really motivate and encourage each other along the way.
Relationships are not just about two people telling the world they choose each other (via FB, a marriage license, etc.), it's about two people experiencing life together. Your lives should be so interconnected that if one of you signs on for a challenge, the other one does too, if for no other reason than to support the person you love.
What do you think? Would you do a 22-day Vegan challenge with/for your boo?
