The speculation on whether or not husband and wife icons Jay Z and Beyonce Carter, will tour together this Summer is finally confirmed and the answer is Yes! On Monday April 28 music site ThisisRnB reported that "the Carters have officially announced they will be bringing their superstar talents together for the “On The Run Tour,” in partnership with #BeyGood and benefiting the Shawn Carter Foundation."

Although the power duo have collaborated on each other's projects several times in the past creating hits like 2002 "03 Bonnie & Clyde" and the 2003 Summer smash hit "Crazy in Love," this will be the first joint tour together. Box offices around the world have shown that they separately can sell out arenas and provide the greatest performances but will the couple shine on tour together?

Well the power pair have 16 cities to show up and show out before that outcome can be determined. Setting off the tour on June 25 in Miami and wrapping up on August 5 in San Francisco, this historical event will help to benefit the Shawn Carter Foundation and Beyonce's #BeyGOOD initiative

This is 50 reports that a $1 from each ticket sold will be donated to these organizations which provides scholarships to deserving students facing financial hurdles as they look to further their education.

The pre-sale starts tomorrow for Beyonce Fan Club members and Chase cardholders. The general public can purchase tickets starting on May 2 through Live Nation. Check below for full tour dates and locations.
