Pop Culture commentator, Jawn Murray, will make his co-hosting début on ABC’s “The View” Tuesday.

Does his name ring a bell? Well, if you were a fan of "BV Buzz" for AOL's Black Voices column, than this is probably where you first heard about Jawn. For seven years Murray kept our ears ringing with excitement on the hottest stars in Black Hollywood. In fact, the column was so successful that Jawn's career hasn't stopped taking off since.

An entertainment and Pop culture junkie, Murray has offered his expertise to several networks such as Fox News, MSNBC, Today Show, Wendy Williams, Access Hollywood, BET and E Entertainment to name a few.

He honed his journalistic skills working for Tom Joyner and EURweb.com for several years and has contributed cover stories to popular publications like the New York Daily News, In Touch Weekly, OK! and CNN International.

In 2010 Jawn angered his fans after referring to Black women as militant and nappy headed. Murray tweeted the comment in response to the disapproval from fans' reactions towards Tyler Perry directing the play "For Colored Girls."
