If you have had the luxury of dining at Jasper's Restaurant in Kansas City, you are aware of the wonderful dishes and hospitality. It is also the only place in town where you can get fresh Mozzarella made tableside.
Chef Jasper Mirabile has taken that hospitality and his passion for creating dishes to a whole other level and has created “Experiences.” For these experiences, Jasper takes an ingredient and creates a four course dinner.
The evening starts with a sparkling cocktail created specifically for that evening’s event and you are graciously greeted by Jasper himself. He is a wonderful host and makes you feel as if you are a guest in his own home.
The table is set with an array of olives, spreads and fresh baked breads and crackers made that morning by Susanne Frisse of Meadowlark Acres.
Jasper then takes you on a journey, to experience a certain ingredient in a delicious way. The evening is spent with Jasper preparing and demonstrating different dishes. The evenings are informative and delicious.
Some past "Experiences" have included A Limoncello Experience, A Mozzarella Experience and A Prosciutto Experience.
