Lots of people in the fashion world and beyond are already talking about this big launch of Jason Wu’s clothing collection on Target.com on Super Bow Sunday, February 5, 2012.
But even before the big clothing line launch on “Tar-ghay” – as folks tend to give the fancy pronunciation to the affordable retailer – people have already gotten their hands on Jason Wu apparel and are selling them on eBay.com well before the launch of the less expensive line.
As of this writing, there’s a Jason Wu for Target campaign Floral Blouse Navy Top extra small going for a “buy it now” price of $159 on eBay – as well as a Jason Wu for Target Polka Dot blouse in blush color, again extra small, for a “buy it now” price of $139 on the eBay website as well.
And it’s not just clothing. There’s a Jason Wu for Target “Milu” print scarf priced at $4.99 – and a black and white striped sweater with a starting bid price of $79.99 and a “buy it now” price of $199.99 – right next to a new with tags silk-like Belize blue blouse for $99.99 on eBay.
There are a few of the 28 items showing up on the bidding site the night before the Sunday launch of the line. Once it actually, officially launches, it’ll be interesting to see how well the sales for this hotly anticipate line perform.
