- Update: The Jason Wu for Target collection is back in stock -- but you've got to know how to find it.
The wildly successful Jason Wu for Target line has sold out online, as reported by the Los Angeles Times and ABC News when they noted that many pieces were sold out within hours on the Target.com website.
In reports of the frenzied environment surrounding many stores on Super Bowl Sunday, the day the line launched in stores, a Target staffer advised shoppers to check for returns and restock online, writes Racked NY.
To do that, bookmark the Jason Wu for Target page on Target.com – that affiliate link already places “Jason Wu for Target” in the search box (exactly like that, including the double quotes) on Target.com’s search box at the top right-hand side of the website.
- Update: I was able to use that link to more readily search for clothing that's in stock once I chose my size, and it didn't flip to the "find in stores" button. I was able to put a pleated skirt in my Target.com shopping cart that was in stock!
That returns an easily searchable list of items that give up-to-the-second restock data, such as whether the item is “out of stock online” or “available in stores” – and some that list “online price” beneath quick info box. Those pages of items that flip from “add to cart” to one of the other options such as “out of stock online” or “available in stores” can also be bookmarked and continually checked daily – or as often as those searching for restocking date information desire to do so.
And for those Jason Wu-loving shoppers desperate to get their hands on his Target collection, there’s always Jason Wu on eBay.
