Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney became the first "The Bachelor" couple to wed on a special two-hour episode of the series titled "The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding." The special aired on ABC Monday, March 8, 2010.

The couple was married February 27, 2010 in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in Palos Verdes, Calif. The day started out quite stormy, but rainbows replaced the rain just in time for Molly to walk down the aisle. ABC could not have scripted it better if they tried. Of course, if they had scripted it, the rain and wind wouldn't have begun to pick up again during the vows. It created a pretty funny and memorable moment, though.

Before reading their vows, Jason and Molly chose to read beautiful love poems that spoke of their love and the reality of their relationship to one another. After the poems were read, everyone took a moment to think of their wishes and hopes for the couple and several doves were released.

Several former bachelors and bachelorettes were on hand to celebrate with the couple, including Charlie O'Connell and Sarah Brice from "The Bachelor" season seven, Stephanie Hogan and Nikki Kaapke from "The Bachelor" season 13, DeAnna Pappas from "The Bachelorette" season four, Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski from "The Bachelorette" season five and the show's most successful couple and only married couple until now, Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter from "The Bachelorette" season one.

Before viewers watched the couple exchange wedding vows, viewers watched much of the planning and parties that happened before the couple said "I do." "Bachelor" fans saw a sneak peak of Molly choosing a wedding dress, which was designed by Monique Lhuillier, Jason choosing a suit, which he found at Kenneth Cole, and Jason and Molly choosing wedding bans with Neil Lane.

Viewers also joined Jason and Molly in Las Vegas for their bachelor and bachelorette parties. The favorite part of watching that trip would have to be Molly's friends' advice to her for her wedding night - Put out, don't skimp on the sexy lingerie and don't drink too much. They probably couldn't have put it any better!

As happy as the ceremony and reception were for Jason and Molly, the couple's relationship didn't begin so smooth. Originally, Jason chose bachelorette Melissa Rycroft on the season 13 finale, but after months of trying to make things work with Melissa, Jason felt something was missing. That something was Molly. On the season's After the Final Rose special, Jason and Melissa split, and Jason asked Molly for a second chance. She happily, but with her guard up a little, accepted, and the pair has been inseparable since.
