It looks like Jason Hoppy is finally fighting back and isn’t going to let Bethenny Frankel walk all over him. According to Us Weekly on Jan. 24, after Frankel filed for divorce three weeks ago, Hoppy has now counter-filed his own papers.
Hoppy had a long list of requests in his papers he filed. Hoppy requested primary custody of Bryn, child support, and medical and dental expenses for himself and Bryn. These are essentially the same things that Frankel is also asking for.
Hoppy also requested “exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence.” Hoppy even goes a step further and requests that Frankel is to maintain a life insurance policy on herself and himself and Bryn are to be the beneficiaries. This also was requested by Frankel in her papers.
Jason Hoppy and Bethenny Frankel have previously vowed to remain on good terms for the sake of their daughter, but it looks like that could become a difficult promise to keep. The divorce looks like it is getting ready to get really ugly.
