Country superstar Jason Aldean is going to be heading on the road, and he's going to make some stops in the infield, outfield, and on the pitcher's mound. ABC News reported on Jan. 9, 2014, that Jason Aldean will be heading on the road for his 2014 schedule with a 50-date tour complete with stops in Major League Baseball stadiums.
Aldean has officially partnered with Major League Baseball to head out starting this spring on a 50-date tour. Along the way, he will stop at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., and Citizens Bank Bark in Philadelphia.
Jason Aldean is calling it the "Burn It Down Tour" and things are going to officially begin on May 1, 2014, in Roanoke, VA.
''For me, it doesn't seem like that long ago we were playing little clubs,'' the 36-year-old said in an interview Thursday at the MLB offices in New York City. ''So, to go from playing small bars and clubs that weren't even sold out to now going in and selling out these stadiums ... to me, it's pretty overwhelming sometimes, but I love it.''
Not all of Jason Aldean's stops will be in stadiums as many will be in arenas as well. More shows are going to be announced at a later date, but some of the other stadiums he'll be stopping in will be in Cincinnati and Pittsburgh.
Florida Georgia Line will join Aldean on the tour along with Tyler Farr. Miranda Lambert will also be along on select dates.
