Jaromir Jagr takes selfie of the year during Lightning game

Flyers fans typically don’t like the New Jersey Devils.

Actually, I don’t know any Flyers fans that like any New Jersey Devils. That is, of course, except Jaromir Jagr.

Jagr played in 73 regular season games for Philadelphia in 2011-12 scoring 19 goals and dishing out 35 assists while simultaneously winning over the hearts of Flyers fans everywhere. His work ethic, influence on the young team and personality just made him an absolute joy in Philadelphia.

It turns out he is a joy wherever he goes. Jagr is enjoying a successful season in New Jersey as the 42-year-old has 22 goals and 36 assists for 58 points in 68 games.

He’s also having fun with fans. Take Ray, for instance, who tried to take a selfie at the Devils-Lightning game on Saturday when Jagr decided to have a little fun.

It’s incredible someone that good, at that age and that intense can be so relaxed during a game.

He’s one of the greatest ever for a reason.
