His nephew Phillip Jarabeck slides over into the driver’s seat today Day 2 of the 2015 Forrest Wood Cup on Lake Murray. Just four ounces behind the largest stringer with 17-0, Jarabeck rises from 19th place to first place in the lead and Dudley slides down to sixth place after bringing 6-1 o the dock for weigh in and his total 23-15.

2012 Forrest Wood Cup champ Jacob Wheeler Indianapolis, Indiana number nine on Day one 12-5, moves up to fifth place 11-13 and 24-2. 2013 Forrest Wood Cup champion Randall Tharp Port Saint Joe, Florida in 39th 2-7 yesterday, fished 13-14 and finished 21st and 15-11. Randall Tharp had the Bridgford Big Bass today at 6-4.

Move over rover the big dog is moving in Brent Ehrler Redlands, California moves from fifth place yesterday 13-5, into second place today with 12-7 and a total weight of 25-12.

Third place Bryan Thrift Shelby, North Carolina was running neck and neck on day one for second/third place with 14-9. Today on Lake Murray Thrift boated 10-7 for a two-day total of 25-pounds even. Fourth place Michael Wooley Collierville, TN slides into fourth with 24-4.

Anthony Gagliardi Prosperity South, Carolina now in seventh place with 10-3, yesterday 13-2 and two-day total of 23-5.

8th- Andy Morgan Dayton, TN 12-10 10-4 22-14

9th- Scott Canterbury Springville, Alabama 10-0 11-3 21-3

10th- Matt Herren Asheville, Alabama 10-0 10-14 21-2

The Barbecue Competition, Rodney Atkins concert, Expo at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, and give-aways are on Saturday’s menu. The Carolina Cup Showdown is taking place on Dreher Island State Park 3677 State Park Road Prosperity, South Carolina. Boat launch 6:30 pm and weigh-in 5 pm.
