There are plenty of classes to learn new skills whether you are a beginner or expert sewist. Start your New Year learning how to make handbags or by taking a home décor class on Roman shades. Check out the list of classes for January.

Jan. 10
Plano Sewing Center is hosting ‘Intro to Machine’ from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. This class will help new sewists learn their machine. It will cover parts of the machine, basic terminology and much more. For more details and to register, click here.

Richland Sewing is hosting a Floriani Signature Social – ‘Embroidery, Chocolate and Inspiration’. Receive a $10.00 store credit plus receive 10 free embroidery designs. City Craft is hosting a one-day Roman Shades class from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This workshop is led by custom window decor designer Susan Ketterer who will guide you through making a roman shade. For more details, click here.
