On January 4, Albuquerque’s The Gasworks, in conjunction with Joe Angel Productions, presents the “Cold Day in Hell” tour, featuring Eat a Helicopter, Conflicts, A Malicious Plague, Unleash the Baboon, and I am the Martyr. Doors for this all-ages event open at 6:30 p.m., with the first band taking the stage at 7 p.m. Entry is only $10.
Formed in 2006, Albuquerque’s Eat a Helicopter play experimental death metal and hardcore. The band’s debut EP is titled The Pessimist. Eat a Helicopter’s new full-length studio CD is titled Evolution of Violence.

Albuquerque’s Unleash the Baboon play a combination of brutal death metal and grindcore. They are currently hard at work on their debut full-length studio CD.
