An American architect takes a walk down memory lane during a trip to Rome and revisits his old haunts, reminiscing of days gone by. A newlywed couple’s love is tested when they get intertwined in separate romantic encounters during their visit to Rome -- one involving a prostitute and the other with a burglar. And finally, a critically reviled American opera director attempts to redeem himself when he tries to turn a singing mortician into an opera star.
The DVD and Blu-ray includes the featurette “Con Amore: A Passion for Rome,” which provides a first time glimpse into the secretive world of Woody Allen’s filmmaking process featuring exclusive cast and crew interviews with Alec Baldwin, Penélope Cruz and Greta Gerwig.
