Best Buy is a great place to shop for DVD and Blu-ray deals. There are always many sales each week. One of the best things is Best Buy stores will price match its own online store and local competitors' prices and you can get a price adjustment within 30 days of purchase; if you are a Reward Zone Premier Silver member, then you get 45 days. Also, if you purchase online and the price is cheaper at the store, you can call 1-888-BEST-BUY and get a price adjustment. Best Buy's return policy for DVD and Blu-ray titles is you have 30 days as long as you do not open the product; if you are a Reward Zone Premier Silver member, then you get 45 days. Once the item is opened, you can only exchange it for the exact same item. If you misplace your receipt, Best Buy can look it up as long as you paid with a credit card, debit card or linked the purchase to your Reward Zone account. As of February 1, 2011, Best Buy's new return and exchange policy requires photo ID.
