"I work out, but not obsessively," she told E! Feb. 11. "I do a combination of spinning, Pilates, gyrotonics and light weights. I eat everything in moderation and I grow organic food and tend to eat from the garden."

Seymour made headlines after showing off her smoking-hot bikini body on the January 2014 cover of "Closer" magazine. The former Bond girl said she had no idea her cover would get so much attention.

The 5-foot-4 Seymour said portion control and an active lifestyle are responsible for her fit 115-pound physique. Seymour, whose waist measured 56 inches when she was pregnant with twins in 1995, said consistent up-keep is the secret to successful aging.

"A lot of women just give up at a certain point," said the mom of four, who's now a grandmother. "I've had three full-term pregnancies, including a C-section, and I'm not obsessively working out.

"But if you do everything in moderation and you decide the size you want to be and within 10 pounds stay there, it's possible."

Seymour, who previously admitted getting an eye lift and breast implants, isn't rushing to get more plastic surgery, and is opposed to Botox.

“I tried it and hated it," she said. "I’d never do it again. I've chosen to let my wrinkles express their feelings because I play characters that need to have a face that moves."

Seymour said her beauty secrets are minimal. "I don't even have facials," she said. "I do my own makeup. I just look after my own skin and I take care of myself."

While getting older can be tough, Seymour said she's happier than ever because of her excellent health. “The best thing about being 62 is being alive and healthy," she said.
