The Biggest Loser (NBC, 8 p.m.) – “Get Moving” – This week, the contestants find themselves pushed to new limits when they are introduced to the new outdoor gyms that each trainer has custom designed. The stakes are high, with another red line looming for whoever loses the least amount of weight, and the dreaded “week 2 curse” that has instilled fear in all the contestants. Dr. H visits the ranch, giving the adult players an eye-opening wake-up call about just how unhealthy they really are, and one trainer has a heart-to-heart talk with their team to try and get them on track. Later, NFL star and San Diego Chargers tight end Antonio Gates cheers on the adult contestants and kids at a football-themed challenge testing the speed, agility and strength of the adults as they compete for a special prize for the child on their team. Plus, the trainers do a special fitness test with the kids and season 10 winner Patrick House makes a special appearance before the dreaded red line at an emotional weigh-in sends another player home.

Switched at Birth (ABC Family, 8 p.m.) – “The Door to Freedom” – After the verdict against the hospital makes Angelo (Gilles Marini) a millionaire, he stuns the families with lavish gifts. But suspicions about Angelo's behavior continue when a pregnant woman shows up claiming that he is the father. John (DW Moffett) and Kathryn (Lea Thompson) consider a run for public office. Meanwhile, Bay (Vanessa Marano) must face the Student Honor Board when she is accused of cheating, and Daphne's (Katie Leclerc) distraction with Chef Jeff gets her in trouble.

Bunheads (ABC Family, 9 p.m.) – “Do You Wanna See Something?” – It's been several months since the Nutcracker fiasco, where Michelle (Sutton Foster) accidentally maced the young performers of Paradise Dance Academy. Now she's crashing on her friend's couch and working as a dancer for a small-time magician in Henderson, NV. Meanwhile in Paradise, the dance studio is closed down, leaving the students to keep busy on their own. Ginny (Bailey Buntain) has taken over her mother's real estate business; Melanie (Emma Dumont) has been caring for her grandpa, and Boo (Kaitlyn Jenkins) is pulling her hair out taking care of her little brother while her pregnant mother is on bed rest. After a summer at Joffrey, Sasha (Julia Goldani Telles) returns but refuses to head back home, instead hiding out with friends.

Castle (ABC, 10 p.m.) – "Significant Others" – When a powerful divorce attorney who only represented women is murdered, Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) are confronted with a plethora of angry ex-husbands, any one of whom could be the murderer. Meanwhile, Castle's ex-wife Meredith (Darby Stanchfield), moves into the loft to take care of Alexis (Molly Quinn) while she recovers from mono, and to make matters worse, Beckett is also forced to move in while her apartment is being fumigated, causing tension, humor and more than a little awkwardness.
