Britney Spears' little sister will soon be a bride. Jamie Lynn Spears is engaged to Jamie Watson. After dating for three years, Watson, 30, proposed with a round-cut diamond ring, as reported by US Magazine on March 3.
Jamie Lynn was so excited that she announced the engagement by tweeting,
"Guesssss what??????"
The first tweet was accompanied by a photo of Spears hugging her fiance with one hand and flashing the ring with the other.
Spears made another tweet minutes after the first one and said,
“ :) He did good.”
This post to Twitter was accompanied by a close-up Instagram photo of the gorgeous engagement ring.
This wedding is sure to be a special day for Jamie Lynn, 21, since it's her first marriage. The former Nickelodeon star was engaged to Casey Aldridge, but they broke things off in 2010.
Ironically, Brittany just called off her engagement to Jason Trawick two months ago and returned the ring.
