Oscar winner Jamie Foxx dropped a gem on the celebrity magazine show ‘Entertainment Tonight’ when he confirmed to host Nancy O’Dell he will star in “Spider-Man” sequel as Electro. During an exclusive interview on the program Monday night Foxx put the rumors about his involvement in the film to rest.
“I think Electro will be an exciting character to play because he's a genius electrician-type person, and he gets the short end of the stick from the whole world and the next thing you know he turns it on."

“The film, television and music star also talked about his upcoming Quentin Tarantino-directed film “Django Unchained”, his love life and where he keeps his Oscar which he won for his stunning portrayal of the late legendary singer Ray Charles in the 2004 film “Ray”.
“Django Unchained” which also stars Kerry Washington, Leonardo DiCaprio, Christoph Waltz and Samuel L. Jackson hits theaters across the country on Christmas Day.
