Grammy® Award-winning singer-songwriter James Taylor may be propitiously singing “Something in the way she moves,” soon as he and his band tak center stage on the Queen Mary 2, August 27, 204 Transatlantic Crossing to help celebrate the luxury liner’s 10th anniversary.

“Fans who have read about James Taylor’s recent tour still have the opportunity to join us for a memorable Transatlantic Crossing with this American legend,” said David Dingle, CEO for Cunard Line. “Our guests will be thrilled to enjoy this intimate concert experience with a music icon, which will make this milestone Crossing that much more memorable.”

Still popular after several decades in the business, Taylor is known for his mellow voice, guitar style and simple, powerful lyrics. His records have sold more than 100 million copies, earning gold, platinum and multi-platinum awards. Industry recognition includes multiple Grammy awards and induction into both the Rock and Roll Hall of No stranger to the cruise line, James Taylor first performed on Queen Mary 2 in 2009, to standing room only audiences.
