James Spader returns to NBC this fall with The Blacklist as a career criminal who teams with a young female FBI agent in tracking down the kind of criminals that no other law enforcement and/or government agencies can never find.
Now, the Emmy-winning actor is going to be a list of villains against Marvel's The Avengers as Ultron in the upcoming sequel to last year's record-breaking global blockbuster entitled The Avengers: Age of Ultron.
In the comics, pacifist scientist -- and fellow Avenger -- Henry "Hank" Pym was tired of the ongoing violence in the world, which led to creation of the robot Ultron as an alternative solution to the fighting. However, Ultron went against his creator and tried to take over the world through his own creation: the android Vision, who even turned against his own creator and join the Avengers.
Since 1963, Marvel's The Avengers consists of Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye, Black Widow, and the Hulk: "Earth's Mightiest Heroes" who fights the foes -- and the battles -- that no one ever could.
The Avengers: Age of Ultron is set for release on May 1, 2015.
