Jacqueline Laurita responds to Joe and Teresa Giudice's guilty plea

At one point, it seemed as if Jacqueline Laurita and Teresa Giudice would never be friends again. Surprisingly, the two made up on the last season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" and are back to being each other's confidants. Jacqueline showed just what a true friend she is to Teresa this morning, Tuesday, March 4, when she tweeted a supportive message for Teresa who, along with her husband Joe Giudice, pleaded guilty to federal fraud charges this morning.

"Praying for a dear old friend and her family today," she tweeted. She attached a quote from Demi Lovato on how there's light at the end of the tunnel that can always be reached, no matter how hard things get.

While she didn't specifically say who her "dear old friend" is or direct the tweet to Teresa, it's pretty clear that it's about Teresa, who entered her guilty plea this morning in New Jersey.

One fan applauded Jacqueline for being so supportive of Teresa. Another, however, said that Joe and Teresa's four children are deserving of her prayers but not Joe and Teresa since they did this to themselves.

Dina Manzo also seemed to comment on her friend's guilty plea. Melissa Gorga, Caroline Manzo, and Kathy Wakile, meanwhile, have chosen so far to remain silent on the matter.

"It's all how you look at it...perception is everything. #StayPositive #chooselovenotfear," she tweeted.

Joe and Teresa entered guilty pleas to bankruptcy fraud, mail fraud and other charges in Newark Federal Court early this morning. According to the NY Daily News, they will be sentenced on July 8. Joe faces a jail sentence of up to 46 months and deportation while Teresa faces up to 27 months in prison.
