Fans of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey' may very well see Jacqueline Laurita on a future season. On Sunday, August 3, Jacqueline, who starred on the show from seasons one through five, told a fan via Twitter that returning to the show is a possibility.
Jacqueline answered a few questions from fans on Sunday. When one fan tweeted that she misses seeing Jacqueline's family on the show, Jacqueline replied with gratitude and reminded the fan that her and her family will soon be seen on former housewife Caroline Manzo's spin-off "Manzo'd with Children." Jacqueline also said that she won't ever say "never" when it comes to becoming a New Jersey housewife again. She added the hashtag "#INeededaBreakFromDrama" to her tweet, seeming to suggest that it was her decision to leave the show.
If Jacqueline does indeed become a New Jersey housewife again, she may strengthen her friendship with Teresa Giudice. Jacqueline and Teresa used to be such good friends that they spoke to one another every day but their friendship was ruined as the show progressed. However, towards the end of season five, they forgave one another and agreed to move on from their past drama.
Yet it seems that the damage has been done. When a fan asked Jacqueline if she's still friends with Teresa now that she's not on the show with her, Jacqueline replied that they're still "friendly" and "text once in a while." Clearly, Jacqueline and Teresa are just cordial with one another now and their friendship still isn't what it used to be.
Of course, Teresa Giudice may miss out on filming a season or two of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," depending on how her sentencing for fraud goes in September. Teresa faces a sentence of up to 27 months behind bars. Also, Jacqueline Laurita's possible return to the show depends on whether her sister-in-law Dina Manzo is around. Dina, who returned to the show after several seasons away, has said that she would never do a reality TV show with family ever again.
