Fans of Jacqueline Laurita had a glimmer of hope when her daughter, Ashlee Holmes, recently wrote on her first blog post that her mom is appearing on season six of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." However, according to an All About The Real Housewives article posted on Friday, April 11, Jacqueline definitely won't be seen on the new season.
According to the website's sources, Jacqueline's name will be mentioned by the other housewives but she won't actually appear on the show. “Jacqueline’s name will obviously be mentioned on the show but she is not returning despite Ashley’s claims. Those claims are absolutely false," said one source.
Ashlee created the excitement over Jacqueline when she posted her first blog post in which she introduces herself through a list of facts. Instead of writing that her mother was a New Jersey housewife who appeared on the first five seasons of the show, Ashlee wrote that her mother is still a New Jersey housewife who appears on the upcoming season. For number eight of the list, she wrote, "My Mom was/is one of Bravo's The Real Housewives Of New Jersey. Seasons 1-6."
AllAboutTRH claims that Ashlee, who was quite controversial during her time on the show for the troubles that she caused her family, wrote that her mom is still on the show in order to create publicity for herself and to drive traffic to her new blog. If that is true, then it certainly seems to have worked.
No matter what her motive, at least Ashlee seems to be trying to do something productive with her life. She is following in her mother's footsteps. On her blog, Ashlee states that she is a personal style blogger and freelance makeup artist. Jacqueline, who is a licensed cosmetologist, recently tweeted that in contrast to their tumultuous relationship in the past, they're actually very close now and that she's very proud of her daughter.
Are you sad that you won't see Jacqueline Laurita on the new season of the show?
