Jacqueline Laurita’s assault case has been delayed temporarily. North Jersey reports on Sept. 5 that the case involving Joe Gorga, Jacqueline Laurita and Christopher Laurita has been moved to a later date. Meanwhile, Laurita is focusing on the reunion show for the “Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
Instead of appearing in court this week, Jacqueline Laurita’s assault case has been moved to a later date. Joe Gorga, Jacqueline Laurita and Christopher Laurita will have to appear for a hearing on Sept. 26 in Ridgewood’s Municipal Court. The three cast members of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” are accused of being in a fight at a salon. John Karagiorgis claims he was injured during the fight and blames Jacqueline for hitting him with her heel.
The fight started in the Posche 2 boutique, and Karagiorgis states he was threatened. Joe, Jacqueline and Christopher argue that John actually made the threats. They also accuse him of harassment and stalking. Karagiorgis has mentioned he felt set up by the production staff of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” and was deliberately used to add drama to the episode. He pointed out he is considering the option of filing other charges against the cast.
Laurita made no mention of her legal issues on her official Twitter account. Instead, she is concentrating on the reunion show for Season 5. Jacqueline wrote that the taping was long and involved drama. However, she added that it was a good type of drama.
