Jaclyn Smith is 68 years old, and even at the age of 68, the former "Charlie's Angels" star is amazing her fans and looks as beautiful as ever. Dressed in a pair of tightly fitting and artsy looking pants, a solid black blouse, and dark ankle boots, the 68-year-old beauty united with Ryan O'Neal this week in honoring her late “Charlie’s Angels” co-star Farrah Fawcett, reported The SpreadIt on June 27.

Five years ago, on June 25, 2009, Farrah Fawcett lost her battle with cancer at the age of 62. In her honor, friends and family members reunited this week in Beverly Hills during a special 5th Anniversary Reception at the Farrah Fawcett Foundation.

In addition to the beautiful and classy looking 68-year-old Smith, event visitors on Wednesday evening included Alana Stewart, her former husband George Hamilton, Fawcett’s close friend Dick Van Patten, Christine Romeo, and – of course – Ryan O’Neal, with whom Farrah had a romantic relationship that lasted for almost 20 years and with whom she had a son.

Ryan O’Neal and Farrah Fawcett’s longtime friend Alana Stewart were at her side when the former “Charlie’s Angels” star died on June 25, 2009, in the intensive care unit of Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica in California.

Jaclyn Smith became one of Fawcett’s best friends after their days together on the 1970s hit series “Charlie’s Angels.” Farrah Fawcett was initially diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006, Smith was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003, and Kate Jackson, the third of the original “Charlie’s Angels” stars, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1987.

According to a People report published in 1992, Kate Jackson said that her battle with breast cancer brought her closer to her co-stars Smith and Fawcett. Little did she know that during the next decades, cancer would become an even stronger behind-the-scenes bond among the three original Charlie’s angels.

When Smith struggled with her breast cancer, she experienced first-hand the power of friends. In a 2007 interview, she said that “one of the most important things you can do is remember the power of girlfriends. Your family is there for you, but they get emotional. Girlfriends saved my day."

At the age of 68, Jaclyn Smith does not only look great because she had some cosmetic work done or is wearing some classy outfit. Reading her Twitter posts shows that there is much more to the former “Charlie’s Angels” star than keeping up her outer beauty or promoting her Jaclyn Smith Collection:

“Remember those who have served this country with such courage and bravery.”

“I'm proud of my husband running for Congress. CA's 24th district.”

“In great company w my dear friend @AlanaKStewart celebrating 100 yrs @AmericanCancer.”

“Look around, donate the items in your home that you don't use anymore.”

“I think what would be most meaningful to #FarrahFawcett is her foundation. Helps save lives of many.”

“Her beauty, talent and magic remains. #FarrahFawcett.”

At the age of 68, Jaclyn Smith describes herself as an “Actress, Designer, Entrepreneur and Mom. When asked about family ... that's truly where my heart lies.” She lives a fulfilled life supporting and celebrating her friendships, her husband, family, her pet poodle Elizabeth, military men, and those she had to let go. She embraces and treasures the past, the present, and the future – almost like a real "Charlie's Angel."
