Jacky Clark of the famed Clark Sisters steps out as solo artist with new single

The legendary Clark Sisters and their amazing voices are unmistakable. They all have had solo efforts in their own right and now one Clark Sister is heading back to center stage after a break from performing solo. Jacky (Jacqueline Clark-Chilsom), a three-time Grammy Award-winner announced today, March 18, via press release that she will be releasing her new single, “My Season” on March 25, 2014. The single will be available digitally.

Jacky has enjoyed enormous success on a global-scale as a member of The Clark Sisters but recently decided to step center stage as a solo artist. “My Season” showcases her sultry jazz inspired voice that encompasses the power of meaningful lyrics strong melody and infectious beats.

“My Season” is her first single from her forthcoming studio album, “Jacky?,” The labum has no scheduled release date, adding a bit of mystery to its release. “You all will know the release date on the day it appears, just like a thief in the night, says Antun Foster co-executive producer of "Jacky?"

Jacky also made a serious career and moved to Los Angeles. "I think Jacky simply wanted to be taken seriously as a solo artist and I knew exactly what needed to be done,” according to Anthony “Baby Geff” Williams, the album's other executive producer.

Jacky has joined forces with the newly formed production team The Minor Prophets also known as MP Productions which encompasses a multi-talented array of award winning producers and composers. With over 40 years in the music industry and coming from a musical dynasty, Jacky Clark Chisolm is still on course with affirmative testimony to her vocal magnetism that is masterfully captured in the single "My Season."
