The Jacksonville Air Show will be on Saturday, Oct 20th and Sunday, Oct 21st from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The air show is a free event that will be held at the Jacksonville Beach. The event will feature the world famous Blue Angels.
The Jacksonville Air Show will have many actitives the whole family can enjoy. There will be live entertainment, a street festival featuring static displays of aircraft and military vechicles, recruitment booths, kids area and a autograph session by the performers.
Jacksonville Mayor Alvin Brown says he hope the show will boost the beaches economy over the weekend and it's a great way for people to celebrate what we have in this great city.
Some local schools will use the air show event as a field trip. Students will be able to attend the air show on Friday.The event will give students an opportunity to support the military men and women.
Last year, the show was at the Jacksonville Beach and thousands of people came to the First Coast to enjoy the show. This will be the sixth time the beaches have hosted the show and it's always a success.
