It looks like "How Do You Know" is the gem Jack Nicholson ("The Departed") has decided to go out on.
Much like Sean Connery, who's last film was also disappointing ("The League of Extraordinary Gentleman"), Nicholson has retired from acting, and has done so quietly.
After turning down several roles since 2010's bomb, according to Radar today, Nicholson has decided that his memory isn't what it used to be, and he can no longer act.
He doesn't want any kind of tributes, and will continue to be seen publicly, but the 76 year old, who has acted since the 1950s, is done with work.
Good for him I say.
He brought an amazing presence to the big screen for decades, was the highest ever paid actor for a comic book movie (he made over $60 million by playing the Joker, and that was way back in the 80s!), and can now spend the rest of his days relaxing like a boss.
