In a Nationally televised interview with Piers Morgan live on CNN, Jack Hanna the renowned animal expert, and zoologist, has offered to pay all the expenses, to bring Marius, a giraffe slated to be killed at the Jyllands Park zoo (JPZ) in Denmark, to the United States.

The world is still in shock after they witnesses the Copenhagen zoo, located in Denmark, publicly execute, and dismember, an 18-month-old giraffe named Marius, last week. The Marius at the JPZ, it turns out comes from the same blood line as the former Marius, and is his brother. So he has been deemed unsuitable to breed.

Last night in Hanna’s interview, he spoke of his outrage on how the Denmark zoos are dealing with their population problems, by killing their animals, and that the United States Zoological Association (USZA), does not support, and will break all ties, to any zoo that practices this type of population control.

The JPZ has yet to locate a female giraffe to breed with the other suitable, male giraffe at their zoo.
