Jack Bauer lived through eight seasons of 24. The show began in 2001 and ended in 2010 after eight successful seasons and a made for television movie in 2008. After a four year hiatus, 24 is returning with a whole new show 24:Live Another Day. There have been rumors of the shows return since early 2010 before the finale even aired. With many surprise stars returning the last two seasons, who knows what surprises 24 will have in store for viewers.
24 has never been a predictable show. Every time viewers think they have figured everything out, they realize they are wrong. Sometimes you figure all the details out, but then the writers throw you a curve ball and suddenly you have no idea if you have any idea what is going on.
Looking back at season one Jack Bauer knows there is a traitor in CTU, but whom? Every time we think we figure it out, everything changes. Just when you find one bad guy, another one pops up out of nowhere. Of course, you should have seen that one coming; there are twenty four hours and twenty four episodes, of course Jamie wasn’t the only one inside CTU playing a double agent.
24: Live Another Day, will return with Jack Bauer who will be angrier and more pissed off than ever, if you can believe that! The season will return fan favorite Chloe, as well as many other familiar faces to the FOX network. Actor William Devane will reprise his role from season five as the President. Kim Raver will reprise her role as Audrey from season six. Benjamin Bratt will join the 24 family, along with Yvonne Strahovski, known for her role as Sarah on the hit show Chuck, and Tate Donovan known for his roles on The O.C. and Hostages.
Great casting with many familiar faces will bring a whole new light to the now ninth season of the 24 history. Check out the season premiere on May 5th on FOX.
