J-rocker -miyavi- Reschedules US Tour - Dates Announced!

Last year, during -miyavi-'s World Tour, he had to cancel his US tour dates. He apparently was having some problems getting into the US, and with the whole H1N1 outbreak just starting, his label decided he should reschedule his US dates until a later time. Japanese rock duo LM.C also canceled their show in Houston because of the outbreak. LM.C is planning to play a show in California this year, and -miyavi- has rescheduled his US tour, almost doubling the number of stops.

-miyavi- is one of the world's most popular Japanese rock stars. He started out in a band called Due Le Quartz back in 2000, but after one album, he went solo. Since then he has released seven studio albums, almost fifty singles, and played showed out shows all over the globe in his first world tour. -miyavi- also starred as himself in the 2003 film "Oresama".

Pre-sale tickets for his US stops are on sale from now until Saturday, depending on the venue. Ticket prices are $36 per ticket. For a list of tour stops, visit either http://www.ticketmaster.com or -miyavi-'s offical myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/miyavi .
